  • Provide personalized recommendations for African-based industries.
  • Improve our gamified experience for future users.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All personality results are stored using industry-standard encryption. We recognize regional data protection principles (such as the NDPR in Nigeria, the Data Protection Act in Ghana, and the POPIA in South Africa) and strive to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.

D. Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your account and personality data at any time through the app settings.

By using I've Found Me, you agree to the following terms:

A. Purpose of Service

I've Found Me is a gamified career advisory tool designed for educational and self-discovery purposes. While our methodology is based on validated psychological theory (RIASEC), the results are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of employment, academic success, or professional outcome.

B. Intellectual Property

  1. Foundational Theory: We acknowledge the Holland RIASEC theory as a foundational academic framework.
  2. Original Content: The specific synthesis of the 120 Triads, including the "Deep Expansion" descriptors and localized "Industry Applications," are the exclusive intellectual property of I've Found Me.
  3. License: Users are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use their profile results for individual career planning. Redistribution or commercial use of the 120-triad matrix without written consent is prohibited.

C. Limitation of Liability

I've Found Me shall not be held liable for any career decisions or financial outcomes resulting from the use of the app. The "Africa-centric" industry applications are based on current market trends and are subject to change.

D. User Conduct

Users agree to use the app in the spirit of inclusivity and self-growth. Any attempt to "reverse-engineer" the database or scrape content from the master matrix is a violation of these terms.
